In winter/summer months heating/air can be provided for an additional fee

For our 5M bell tent, you need a flat, grassy area of 20 square feet for adequate setup

Area must be cleared of sticks, debris, and animal waste

Sprinkler systems must remain off in the area of the tent and sprinkler heads are not in the way of the tent stakes

While we do love all four legged friends, Rugged Luxe does not allow pets of any kind inside our tents, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding

No fires in or close to the tent. Any firepits must be at least 10 feet away from tent.

Absolutely no smoking in or around the tent

To avoid dirt and damage, shoes off when in the tent

Guests are required to provide permits/permission on all setups/site locations prior to scheduling event
