How It Works?
Step 2
Once you are ready, click on the Book a Consultation form and we will email you within 24 to 48 hours to setup your phone consultation.
Step 3
Upon completion of your consultation you will receive an invoice. Pay your initial 50% deposit and your event date is secured! Take some time to look over our Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability forms.
Step 4
Your remaining balance is due 7 calendar days prior to your event. You will also receive a "touch base" phone call to make sure everything is finalized for the event. Once paid, your event is on and it is time to party!
Step 5
Sit back and relax. We do all of the hard work so you can enjoy your event!
Step 6
After we take a look over all equipment for any loss or damages, your security deposit refund will be issued back to you within 2 business days after your event. We appreciate your business, referrals, and any positive reviews and can't wait to see you for your next Rugged Luxe event!
