Our Add-ons

At Rugged Luxe, we know that every event is unique. That's why we offer a variety of add-ons to help you customize your event to fit your vision. From balloons to backdrops, lighting to rugs, furniture to décor, we have everything you need to make your event truly special. Contact us to learn more about our add-ons and how we can help elevate your event.

Balloons

  • Garland (light organic): $20/ft

  • Garland (fuller organic): $30/ft

  • Cluster: $40

  • Specialty balloons (ex. foil): additional fee (tbd)

We have a minimum of $250 for delivery and installation of balloon garlands that are not included with our event rentals. We do offer pickup for any balloon décor less than our minimum. We do not pickup balloons. Once your event is complete they are yours to keep or dispose of. If you have event rentals from us, we will cleanup your balloons during pickup for an additional $50 fee. Please make sure that balloons are permittable in your event space (some parks do not allow them).​

Backdrops & Photowalls

  • Greenery Wall: $150

    • Plain white backdrop (can be used to hang things like hearts for valentines, streamers, etc.)

Spa Package &
Gift Bags

Our spa package: $40/guest

This is a huge hit and great addon to any slumber party. It includes:

  • A personalized robe

  • A gift bag filled with beauty items such as face masks, headbands, sleep masks, chapstick, lotion and more, along with a headband, socks, and other fun gift items to match your party theme.

  • A mirror included with the décor/setup

Our gift bags: $40/guest

A goody bag full of fun gifts for each guest that go along with your party theme. This can include things like small fidget toys, themed socks, bracelets, cups, and more.

  • Floral décor: Let us help decorate your space with our floral arrangements and décor. We use high end faux flowers. From centerpieces, to arch accents and more, we would love to help elevate the look of your event space! We will discuss and determine details upon consultation (including pricing).

  • Place settings: $25/guest

    • If you are renting a space that already has tables, no worries. We can still do full place settings and décor to match your theme. Details determined during consultation.​
